We really want to hear your heart and your perspective. One of the first things we do is walk you through an exercise that will allow you to share the things that excite you, motivate you, worry you, frustrate you, as well as, what road blocks are standing in your way.




ON-SITE CONSULTATION


Our heart is to serve you best by coming to you. We'll spend anywhere between 2 days and up to 1 year with you, depending on your specific needs and location. Technology is great and we'll use it down the road, but nothing beats a face to face conversation to read - your body language and to truly build a relationship that allows us to dig in on the real issues and the important topics.




WHY DO YOU WANT TO HEAR FROM ME?


Before we talk about where you want to go, we have to first gain a grasp on reality of where you are right now. The best way to do that is for us to hear directly from the leader or leaders of the organization. Our questions are very specific and are designed to create dialouge for us to build COMMON LANGUAGE that will be important for us to focus in on while we work together. Your perspective and the things you see and feel will paint a picture on where things stand. Couple this with our on-site evaluation - we're going to have comprehensive understanding of where your organization is right now.




WHO SHOULD BE INVOLVED?


We at the very minimum want THE LEADER in the room for this exercise. We also encoruage this session for any major stakeholders you have. Board Members, Owners, Managers, etc. The point is to get all of the main issues, frustration and hopes out on the table to start with. Whomever can help us do that for your organization, we want them in this exercise.

We'll spend time evaluating all of what you do. Our coaches are trained to see it all! Our heart is to offer you fresh eyes and an outside perspective on all that you do. Your leadership, your team, your systems, process, enviornments - you name it, we'll put our eyes on it to offer you honest and helpful feedback. All of our evaluations take place on site and can be a quick of a look as one day or as detailed as 1 week, based on your organization, scope and needs.




COACHING


As a part of our evaluation, as opportunities arise, we'll use them for 1:1 coaching with the leader or leaders of the organization. We love to share our experience and insight on every area of your organization and life. We don't want to just be your consultant, we want to be a coach, counselor and confidant. Throughout the time we serve you, coaching is incorpated into what we do. One of our main focuses will always be on leadership. Most business owners, Pastors or managers didn't go to school to learn how to lead - they learned how to teach the Bible, be a Chiropractor or simply studied a trade. There are so many practical pieces of wisdom that we have to share with you to develop you and your team as leaders! We make it priority!




TEAM TRAINING


No matter the length of time we serve your organization, we want to take some time to lead your team through a training. Our heart is to equip your people for the work and the opportunities ahead. We'll discuss leadership, ownership, communication, team work, and indsutry specific trainings: Churches - leadership, next steps (discipleship), guest services, student ministry, kids ministry, worship & production, scaling, etc.




EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


Before we leave, our team will present to you and the leadership of the organization an executive summary, recaping all that we've discussed, summarizing our insights and feedback from our evaluations and detailing thoughts, action steps, plans and stratgeies to get from where you are to where you want to be. Our heart is to serve you and your organization and walk the long distance with you. If you so choose, we are able to give you insight, advice and plans and allow you to run with them. We prefer to partner with you for a longer period of time to see the ideas, plans and strategies that we will share with you, come to life. When we meet, we'll CHART THE COURSE with detailed executive summary and presentation that recaps what we've discussed in our time with you, outlines our thoughts, insights and feedback from what we've seen and an extensively detailed plan for how to get from where you are to where you want to go.




WHAT ALL DOES THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY COVER?


Pretty much anything we talked about, trained yourself or your team on, common language that we helped you discover and define as well as feedback and insights from our evaluation periods - all will be included in the executive summary. In addition, based on your specific needs and industry, we'll custom craft a plan for, with details, strategies and plans for how to get from where you are to where you want to go! We want to see your dreams come to life and we'll provide you a step by step plan with how to get there!




AFTER YOUR VISIT, WHAT COMES NEXT?


Depending on the needs of your organization, at the very minimum, there are 2 months of ongoing coaching and follow up from our visit, included in every package we offer. For local clients (local to a coach), ongoing relationships can be face to face. For those not local, we set up video chats to stay connected.
Many organizations have set up ongoing coaching with us after our visit to ensure that they continue to get incredible coaching with someone who has been on the ground with them and understands all of the nuance of their particular situation. That's the norm, not the exception. If you so choose, you can run the race on your own, however, we'll always be here for you when you get stuck or want to run something by your coach!




WHEN IS OUR RELATIONSHIP OVER?


Our heart is that our relationship would never cease to exist. We want to maintain a relationship with those we serve - this happens through ongoing coaching, partnership and re-evaluations. One of the really cool things we've seen, our clients love what we've done for them so much, they tell their friends and collegues about us and we stay in relationship with them though those connections as well. Just know, we will always be a call or text away from any of our previous clients!
